Geoff Tate, big stage approved.

Word has it that Geoff Tate is on board with a stage adaptation of Queensrÿche’s ‘88 record, Operation Mindcrime. The play version (note: site auto-plays audio “message” files in R column) of one of the greatest concept albums of all time, will include new music by the band as well as Tate.

I’ve been waiting for a movie of Operation Mindcrime since ever. A musical will even be cooler. I only hope that the musical will also be shown in Holland…
