I hope Scooter saved his get out of jail free card. He’s going to need it…

In a surprising case of oh no he didn’t, former President Bush has passed on granting a pardon to ex-Cheney Chief of Staff, Scooter Libby. Libby was convicted for perjury and obstruction of justice two years ago in a case that stemmed from an investigation by the Justice Department over a leak regarding the identity of former CIA operative Valerie Plame Wilson, a 20 year veteran of the CIA.

Suck it, Scooter.
