After much drunken discussion in a sleazy beach bar with Freddy Pants last night, we both decided that running this photo of Glen Campbell instead of the one you see above, would be hilarious. And it would have been. You know it, I know it and Freddy Pants knows it. Besides, everything is funny after five vodka, rocks. Anyways, after mostly recovering from my hangover, I decided I just couldn’t do Glen that way. I love his crazy, country ass too much.

Meet Glen Campbell, out on August 5th, features 10 covers from the likes of Velvet Underground and John Lennon. All hand-picked by Campbell himself. I have to admit, I can hardly wait to hear Glen’s cover of The Replacements’, Sadly Beautiful.
