Burning Man vs. Bumbershoot…Part I…
So tonight, The Burning Man got all lit up and not in the Buckcherry up your nose kind of way…it got lit up like “wait…that wasn’t supposed to happen now” way…well, Cherrybombed smells Frat Boy and I ain’t even there…

Anyways…if you can’t be at Burning Man and you live in the Northwest it’s likely ’cause you’re busy and heading to Bumbershoot…so far…round I goes to Burning Man for blowing it’s load too soon…but I’m pretty sure this round doesn’t count as Bubmershoot hasn’t even started yet…awww fuck it…moving on…
Okay…if you live in Seattle and it’s Bumbershoot, it means one of three things:
1: You have finally faced up to the fact that you can’t go downtown for three or four days.
2: You coughed up $195 for the “Gold Pass” which in addition to limited VIP entry over the three days it also entitles you to indoor shitters and three overpriced beers. Overpriced domestic beers.
3: It means it’s the weekend you get the fuck outa Seattle because Bumbershoot is in town…
Okay, I agree…Cherrybombed sounded a bit cynical just then…I mean, it wasn’t so long ago that I lost my shoes at Lollopalloza (don’t ask) and if you read cherrybombed.com you know I hit the scene with regular balls-out force. It is with this same intensity that Cherrybombed wants you to hit Bumbershoot starting on Saturday. Start hydrating now kids…
